The primary objective of the talent acquisition business partner is to ensure the delivery of end-to-end recruiting success to meet business requirements. determining talent requirements, identifying job requirements, and establishing qualification criteria. To success in this role, you must have in-depth experience with hiring manager, Partnerhsip and effective candidate advocacy, and recruiting processes, from advertising job openings to designing and maintaining talent acquisition process which includes description, measurements, reporting anaklystics etc. Hands on experience in recruitment marketing as well as online and offline sourcing techniques will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the escalation point for the team and stakeholders. Helps solve problems with a can-do attitude to make sure that things keep moving.
- Participates during calibration calls with the hiring managers to further understand the client’s business and hiring needs. Serves as an escalation point while in the Talent Acquisition process.
- Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language
- Quality Audits. Regularly assess and measure the effectiveness and success of recruiting efforts to ensure satisfaction among business partners, peers, and leadership.
- Monitor hiring performance against Service Level Agreements and flag potential issues - keep track of recruiting requirements, targets, and deadlines
- Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Department, internal stakeholders, Sales, and the Client Services team to ensure we are on track of the hiring requirements
- Provide night shift coverage to ensure business continuity, taking ownership of scheduled client interviews and calibration sessions.
- Represents Redcrown ventures as a tribe whose main goal is to match candidates to the positions and clients they can work along with effectively for long term.
